Our goal is to simplify procurement, enhance trust, and create seamless B2B connections in the healthcare and medical equipment sector.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, MediTrust International acts as a connecting platform. We are not the manufacturer, importer, owner, or direct seller of products listed by third-party suppliers.

2. User Accounts

Users may register as a Supplier or Healthcare Institution.

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

MediTrust International may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or violate these Terms.

3. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the products, information, images, prices, warranty details, availability, and documents they upload or provide.

Suppliers must ensure that their listed products are genuine, legally allowed, accurately described, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Suppliers are also responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, after-sales service, and any commitment made to buyers.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Healthcare institutions and buyers are responsible for checking product details, specifications, prices, warranty terms, supplier credibility, delivery terms, and suitability before making any purchase decision.

MediTrust International may assist with communication and support, but buyers must conduct their own technical, commercial, and compliance review before purchasing.

5. Product Listings and Information

Product listings may include product names, images, categories, brands, prices, stock status, warranty information, and supplier details.

Most product information is provided by suppliers. MediTrust International may review or remove listings, but we do not guarantee that all product details are always accurate, complete, or updated.

Users should confirm important details directly with the supplier before making a decision.

6. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

Prices shown on the platform may be fixed, indicative, negotiable, or subject to change.

Unless MediTrust International directly manages a transaction, final quotation, payment, delivery, installation, warranty, and order terms are handled between the buyer and supplier.

MediTrust International is not responsible for payment disputes, delivery issues, product mismatch, refund delays, or supplier non-performance unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery, Warranty, and After-Sales Support

Delivery, installation, product handover, return, replacement, warranty, and after-sales service terms must be agreed between the buyer and supplier.

Suppliers are responsible for honoring their warranty, service, and product commitments.

MediTrust International may provide dispute support where possible, but final responsibility remains with the relevant supplier or buyer.

8. Platform Communication

Users may communicate through inquiry forms, messaging tools, contact buttons, or other platform features.

Users must not use the platform for spam, fraud, false information, abusive messages, illegal offers, or unauthorized promotions.

MediTrust International may monitor or review communication where necessary for support, security, dispute handling, or platform improvement.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Upload false, misleading, copied, counterfeit, or unauthorized product information.

Sell or promote prohibited, unsafe, expired, or illegally imported products.

Misuse another user’s business, contact, or personal information.

Attempt to hack, damage, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform.

Impersonate any person, company, supplier, or institution.

10. Intellectual Property

The MediTrust International name, logo, website design, platform features, text, graphics, and original content belong to MediTrust International or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our content or branding without written permission.

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any product images, brand names, logos, documents, or descriptions they upload.

11. Privacy and Data

MediTrust International may collect and use information such as name, company name, business category, address, email, phone number, product inquiries, account activity, and communication records to operate and improve the platform.

We aim to protect user information responsibly, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Account Suspension

MediTrust International may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or listing if a user violates these Terms, provides false information, misuses the platform, uploads prohibited products, or acts in a way that harms the trust, safety, or reputation of the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

MediTrust International is a platform for connection, communication, and support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, failed transactions, supplier disputes, buyer disputes, product defects, delivery failure, warranty claims, loss of profit, or business loss arising from use of the platform.

Users are responsible for their own business decisions, transactions, verification, and legal compliance.

14. Dispute Support

MediTrust International may help buyers and suppliers communicate and resolve disputes. However, our role is facilitative only unless we have directly agreed to manage a specific transaction.

Users should keep records of quotations, invoices, payment details, warranty terms, delivery terms, and communications.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute related to these Terms, the platform, or MediTrust International shall be handled under the applicable laws and competent authorities or courts of Bangladesh.

16. Changes to These Terms

MediTrust International may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
